I have a brand new niece! It’s amazing how exciting a new baby is once you’ve had one of your own.

My niece has a sister who is only nine months older… can’t imagine what it’s like to take care of two babies at once!

The Little Monster has a brand new cousin today. My brother and his wife had their first daughter, just weeks after we had ours. My parents became grandparents twice within two weeks!

While I’m glad that we’ll be able to share in the experience with my brother and his wife, I also know the comparisons will be inevitable. She’s bigger than her… she’s more alert… she doesn’t fuss as much… Oh, it’s going to be fun!
